Meghan Markle has been known to use her influential wardrobe to send a message, and her latest appearance was no exception.

In the latest of just a few appearances since returning to the United States, the Duchess of Sussex sat down with Emily Ramshaw, CEO of The 19th, a non-profit newsroom dedicated to reporting on gender, politics and policy. The duo discussed the role of race and gender in the media, and the importance of voting in this year’s presidential election.

Touching upon her experience as a biracial woman in America and her life as a new mother, the 39-year-old royal said that it’s “good to be home,” despite the many challenges currently facing the country.

The Duchess was dressed for the occasion in an orange Hugo Boss tank top, which she accessorized with one of her favourite pieces of sentimental jewelry.

Along with a gold Cartier Love bracelet, Meghan wore a Linear Friendship Bracelet designed by Monica Vinader, which happens to feature a hidden meaning in every bracelet.

Featuring a simple curved bar made from rose gold, the Linear Friendship Bracelet is available in a range of different colours, with each one representing a particular emotion.

Messages like strength, positivity, and imagination are all included in the collection of colourful bracelets, along with harmony — the sentiment of choice in the rose-coloured bracelet that was spotted on the Duchess.

Meghan has been seen wearing the $230 friendship bracelet frequently over the past few weeks, including while speaking as a panelist at this year’s U.N. Foundation Girl Up Leadership Summit, as well as including during her graduation address to the students of her L.A. alma mater, Immaculate Heart High School.

While the bracelet is beautiful and offers a sweet sentimental message, it does come with a steep price tag of $230. If you’re after a similar look that doesn’t break the bank, we’ve also gathered a few similar friendship bracelets to shop below.
