WILSONVILLE, Ore. (AP) _ Mentor Graphics Corp. (MENT) on Thursday reported fiscal fourth-quarter earnings of $123.1 million.
The Wilsonville, Oregon-based company said it had net income of $1.05 per share. Earnings, adjusted for stock option expense and non-recurring costs, were $1.21 per share.
The provider of electronic hardware and software design products and services posted revenue of $478 million in the period, surpassing Street forecasts. Three analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $417.5 million.
For the year, the company reported profit of $154.9 million, or $1.37 per share. Revenue was reported as $1.28 billion.
Mentor Graphics shares have climbed almost 1 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Thursday, shares hit $37.13, a climb of 86 percent in the last 12 months.
