CINCINNATI (AP) _ Meridian Bioscience Inc. (VIVO) on Tuesday reported fiscal second-quarter net income of $7.1 million.
On a per-share basis, the Cincinnati-based company said it had profit of 17 cents. Earnings, adjusted for costs related to mergers and acquisitions and non-recurring costs, were 19 cents per share.
The diagnostic test maker posted revenue of $50.2 million in the period.
Meridian Bioscience shares have dropped 23% since the beginning of the year. The stock has fallen 8% in the last 12 months.
