MeVee and SignalShare Launch Joint Venture To Power Mobile Live Streaming for Can't-Miss Events

Attendees of CES 2016 Invited to Live Stream on MeVee using SignalShare's Connectivity

NEW YORK, NY and HACKENSACK, NJ--(Marketwired - January 05, 2016) - MeVee, the live streaming platform that captures the can't-miss moments, and SignalShare (OTC PINK: RMLX), the leading provider of mobile engagement solutions for mass audiences, today announced a joint venture to power mobile live streaming at some of the world's biggest events. Beginning today, SignalShare will power connectivity for CES and the conference's 150,000 attendees. When attendees connect to SignalShare's signature Live-Fi™, they will have the option to download MeVee to broadcast the event to the world or privately to friends or groups.

"At MeVee, we are thrilled to partner with SignalShare so people can live stream from can't-miss events," said Tomer Dicturel, CEO of MeVee. "Reliable connectivity is key for everyone to stream, share, find, and save amazing content, beginning today with CES."

MeVee allows users to maximize engagement by sharing live streams to all other major social media channels. Anyone can view streams, even without downloading the app, and the videos don't disappear unless the creator deletes them. MeVee empowers top influencers to grow and engage their communities through advertising revenue sharing. For this joint venture, SignalShare will receive part of the events' stream advertising revenue.

"SignalShare is thrilled to enable event attendees to live stream over our Live-Fi™ network with MeVee," said Joe Costanzo, CTO, SignalShare. "We think that live streaming can transform live events and engage audiences on mobile devices in a unique and meaningful way."

Along with upcoming music festivals, NBA and NHL teams are lining up to stream at future events with MeVee and SignalShare. Download MeVee now on the Apple App Store, visit MeVee.com for more information, and follow MeVee on Twitter @MeVeeApp, Facebook, and Instagram.
