Mexican economy has been stagnant for extended period -Diaz de Leon

MEXICO CITY, Aug 15 (Reuters) - Mexico's central bank Governor Alejandro Diaz de Leon told local radio on Thursday that the country's economy has been stagnant for various quarters, after the bank earlier in the day cut its key lending rate for the first time since June 2014.
