Microsoft adds incentives to attract more users to Windows, WSJ reports

Microsoft Corp. is using additional software, and discounts, to help a troubled part of the Windows world, reports the Wall Street Journal. The company said it would offer its widely used Outlook email software for the first time on computing devices running Windows RT, a version of Microsoft's Windows 8 software intended to power on-the-go gadgets like tablets.
