Radhakrishnan will direct the company's technical strategy and lead development of its cloud-based corporate learning platform. Mindflash is ramping up to support rapid growth. Radhakrishnan joins Mindflash from Netflix, where she led development of key components powering their personalization engine. Radhakrishnan has also held engineering leadership positions at Yahoo!, Symantec and Excite@Home where she led several high-profile initiatives. She is an active industry speaker and holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
