PRINCETON JUNCTION, N.J. (AP) _ Mistras Group Inc. (MG) on Monday reported a fourth-quarter loss of $1.1 million, after reporting a profit in the same period a year earlier.
On a per-share basis, the Princeton Junction, New Jersey-based company said it had a loss of 4 cents. Earnings, adjusted for costs related to mergers and acquisitions and non-recurring costs, were 6 cents per share.
The engineering services company posted revenue of $180.8 million in the period.
For the year, the company reported net income of $6.8 million, or 23 cents per share, swinging to a profit in the period. Revenue was reported as $742.4 million.
Mistras expects full-year revenue in the range of $765 million to $785 million.
Mistras shares have increased roughly 8 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Monday, shares hit $15.49, a fall of 23 percent in the last 12 months.
