Mobile Integrated Systems Announces Appointment of Cato Kemmler to the Board of Directors

TORONTO, ON, June 25, 2013 -- Mobile Integrated Systems, Inc. (MIBI), (MIBI), a premier diversified technology company, today announced the appointment of Cato Kemmler to the Board of Directors.

Throughout his career, Mr. Kemmler has been instrumental in growing a number of private companies worldwide. He will retain his position as President of Omega SmartBuild, an international sustainable building and circular economy specialist that has focused on the development of affordable housing on three continents. As a Partner and General Manager of OmegaGroup, he was in charge of the development of a portfolio of 5 five-star plus hotels in European business cities, and negotiated a 100 million annual investment commitment from a German fund for Omega's energy division (formerly energyONE). He also secured the exclusive representation of Economic Zones World, Government of Dubai for Germany.

Mr. Kemmler received his university and postgraduate education at Bowdoin College, Boston University and University of Oxford.
