RACINE, Wis. (AP) _ Modine Manufacturing Co. (MOD) on Thursday reported a fiscal second-quarter loss of $4.7 million, after reporting a profit in the same period a year earlier.
The Racine, Wisconsin-based company said it had a loss of 9 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs and restructuring costs, came to 13 cents per share.
The heating and cooling products maker posted revenue of $500.2 million in the period.
Modine expects full-year earnings in the range of 75 cents to 90 cents per share.
Modine shares have climbed almost 10% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Thursday, shares hit $11.85, a decrease of 13% in the last 12 months.
