LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM--(Marketwire - Nov 14, 2012) - Leading scheduled leisure airline, Monarch, has today announced a new route to Malta for summer 2013 from its newest base, East Midlands.

I am sure that Monarch''s passengers will find Malta attractive and we look forward to a fruitful relationship with the airline to ensure a long-term success in their operation to and from these islands."
Josef Formosa Gauci, Malta Tourism Authority (MTA) CEO, welcomed Monarch''s first scheduled service to Malta thereby widening the Mediterranean islands'' access to and from the UK.
