The credit ratings provider reported Q3 earnings of 83 cents a share, up 11% from last year and a penny above views. Revenue increased 2% to $705.5 mil, missing forecasts.
Moody's (MCO) raised its full-year EPS guidance to a range of $3.51-$3.57 from the $3.49-$3.59 it saw earlier. Analysts expect $3.59. Moody's estimates '13 revenue will rise in the high-single-digit percent range. Shares fell 2.2% to 71.56.
