TORONTO (AP) _ Mountain Province Diamonds Inc. (MPVDF) on Monday reported a loss of $87.7 million in its fourth quarter.
The Toronto-based company said it had a loss of 42 cents per share. Losses, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, were 3 cents per share.
The diamond mining company posted revenue of $49.3 million in the period.
For the year, the company reported that its loss widened to $97 million, or 46 cents per share. Revenue was reported as $208.2 million.
In the final minutes of trading on Monday, the company's shares hit 24 cents. A year ago, they were trading at 93 cents.
