[/caption]AndrewMcNally joined Cullen and Dykman as a partner. He has 12 years' experience in government and private practice. Most recently, McNally served as senior deputy chief counsel to New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie, providing legal, legislative, and regulatory advice, with a focus on environmental and energy matters. He also served as chief counsel to the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities, where he advised on issues concerning utility regulation and energy policy. Prior to joining government, McNally was a litigator at Patton Boggs, where he focused on environmental, mass tort, and commercial litigation matters, and represented clients at all stages of litigation. He obtained his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and his B.A. from Boston College. McNally is admitted to the New Jersey and New York bars, and is based in Cullen and Dykman’s Hackensack and Newark offices.

[/caption]Flaster Greenberg announced that tax and estate practitioner David S. Neufeld, formerly of The Law Office of David Neufeld, joined as a partner in the firm's new Princeton office. The Princeton office increases the firm’s presence to three offices in the state, and seven overall. Neufeld is a member of the firm’s taxation, trusts and estates, and business and corporate practice groups. He advises individuals, entrepreneurs and family offices on sophisticated wealth planning and fiduciary due diligence. Admitted to practice law in Florida, New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania, he is a graduate of the New York Law School, cum laude, and received his LL.M. in taxation from New York University School of Law. “Having been internationally recognized for his intricate knowledge of local and federal tax and estate matters, offshore asset protection, and other disciplines, David is a perfect match for our firm’s estate planning and tax practices, both of which have been locally and nationally recognized as leaders in the marketplace,” said Alan Zuckerman, managing partner of Flaster Greenberg.

Riker Danzig Welcomes Three Summer Associates

Lombardo and Goldie Bryant.[/caption] Riker Danzig Scherer Hyland & Perretti welcomed three 2018 summer associates on June 4. The eight-week program exposes each associate to numerous Riker Danzig attorneys and practice areas, allowing each to become a part of the team. They each have a partner mentor and an associate mentor, who offer assistance and advice. The firm also provides a number of social activities for casual interaction. Goldie Bryant is attending Seton Hall University School of Law and is expected to receive her J.D. in May 2019. She received her B.A., cum laude, in 1995 from New York University, College of Arts and Sciences. Bryant was a Doctoral Student in Community Psychology at New York University’s Graduate School of Arts & Sciences from 1995 to 1999. After her first year of law school, she interned at Bryant Rabbino in New York City. Anthony K. Lombardo is scheduled to receive his J.D. degree in May 2019 from Fordham University School of Law. He received his B.A. from the University of Scranton in 2015. Lombardo was a judicial extern to Judge Gerald Lebovitz of the New York State Supreme Court and was a judicial intern to U.S. Bankruptcy Judge John K. Sherwood in the District of New Jersey. Lombardo interned at Myers, Brier & Kelly. Jennifer Winkler attends Seton Hall Law and is expected to receive her J.D. degree in May 2019. She graduated from the College of New Jersey with a B.A., magna cum laude, in May 2016. In the summer of 2017, Winkler was a judicial intern for New Jersey Supreme Court Justice Jaynee LaVecchia. She also interned at the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General in Trenton.

John M. Loalbo[/caption] Windels Marx Lane & Mittendorf brought on John M. Loalbo as a partner in Madison. Loalbo left Riker Danzig in Morrristown. He has more than 30 years of experience in probate litigation. A graduate of Gonzaga University School of Law, Loalbo received an LL.M. from Boston University School of Law, where he was a member of the Boston University Journal of Tax Law. He earned his B.A. from Seton Hall University. Windels Marx managing partner Robert J. Luddy said Loalbo “offers a unique skill set with more than three decades of experience in tax, trusts and estates and litigation.”

[/caption]Tara Phelan Carver joined Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr as a partner in the real estate practice in Princeton. Carver handles commercial real estate and commercial loan transactions. She represents private and institutional clients in local and national transactions. She also has comprehensive experience representing private and public property owners, developers, sellers and buyers in commercial real estate transactions. Carver earned her J.D. from New York Law School and her B.A. from Monmouth University. “We expect Tara will play an important role in our real estate practice in New Jersey as well as New York,” said John P. Pierce, chair of the firm’s real estate, environmental and energy department. “Her experience will deepen our bench of attorneys who handle both commercial real estate and loan transactions for our clients.”
