HONG KONG, Feb 8 (Reuters) - JPMorgan has appointedSimone Haslinger and Jonas Troeber to head its Australian andNew Zealand equity capital markets (ECM) business, according toa memorandum from the bank.
Haslinger joined JPMorgan in 2010 and has over 16 yearsexperience working in ECM on transactions worth more than A$70billion ($53.70 billion), the memo said.
A JPMorgan spokesman confirmed the contents of the memo.
Troeber has been with the bank since last year after hejoined as the head of ECM syndicate for Australia and NewZealand.
Prior to JPMorgan, Troeber worked for Morgan Stanleyfor 14 years in Australia and Hong Kong.
The pair replace Jabe Jerram and Dyson Bowditch who leftJPMorgan last week to join Barrenjoey Capital, according tolocal media reports.
