SAN FRANCISCO (AP) _ MuleSoft Inc. (MULE) on Thursday reported a loss of $25.1 million in its fourth quarter.
On a per-share basis, the San Francisco-based company said it had a loss of 19 cents. Losses, adjusted for stock option expense, came to 12 cents per share.
The results matched Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of six analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was also for a loss of 12 cents per share.
The software developer posted revenue of $88.7 million in the period, exceeding Street forecasts. Four analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $83.1 million.
For the year, the company reported a loss of $80 million, or 75 cents per share. Revenue was reported as $296.5 million.
For the current quarter ending in April, MuleSoft expects its results to range from a loss of 9 cents per share to a loss of 7 cents per share.
The company said it expects revenue in the range of $87 million to $90 million for the fiscal first quarter.
MuleSoft expects full-year results to range from a loss of 30 cents per share to a loss of 26 cents per share, with revenue ranging from $405 million to $415 million.
MuleSoft shares have increased 12 percent since the beginning of the year.
