Multifamily Capital Partners Moves from Successful Apartment Syndications to a $30 Million Fund

·2 min read

LOS ANGELES, CA / ACCESSWIRE / September 14, 2022 / Multifamily Capital Partners, a privately held multifamily investment company led by CEO Tyler Deveraux, is moving from a model of very successful individual syndications with one apartment complex to a $30 million fund containing five apartment complexes, which was fully funded shortly after its launch. Tyler Deveraux says the company will launch a new fund called MF Aloha Fund 2, which is projected to close before the end of 2022. Many investors are interested in supporting these funds due to Multifamily Capital Partners' history of success with its past syndications. Trends show that more and more people are leaving Wall Street to invest in stable assets like multifamily investments.

"Up to the recent past, 99% of investors have turned to Wall Street to grow their wealth, but we all know how dangerous it can be to follow the masses. The herd mentality has been known to cause trouble in the financial markets," said an investor in the Multifamily Capital Partners fund. "Looking at the financial history of Multifamily Capital Partners, it's clear to see that the company understands low-risk investment and how to determine and manage stability within an investment."

Savvy investors across the country have begun to allocate more of their portfolios to multifamily investments. In response to this trend, the team at Multifamily Capital Partners has been able to move from individual syndications to an investment fund containing multiple apartment buildings. "In syndications, a very limited number of investors can get involved in a single deal," said CEO Tyler Deveraux, "But with our new MF Aloha Fund, we are able to expand the number of investors who can get involved."

The company's first fund saw incredible success, being fully subscribed shortly after its launch, and is expected to launch the second fund, MF Aloha Fund 2, in September 2022.
