MVB Financial Corp. (MVBF) (MVB) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.04 per share payable on June 15, 2019, to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 1, 2019.
This is the second quarterly dividend for 2019 and includes a 14% increase in dividends as compared to the previous quarter dividend payout.
