NACD Minnesota Announces 2017 Board of Directors


The National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) Minnesota Chapter today announced the election of the 2017 Board of Directors. Michael Vekich was re-elected as chapter president. He has been a member of NACD Minnesota chapter since 2002 and is CEO at Vekich Chartered, a strategic planning and management consultation firm.

Additionally, the following individuals were named to the NACD Minnesota chapter board:

Secretary/Treasurer: John C. Bergstrom, partner, RiverPoint Investments

Program Chair: Mary S. Daugherty, associate professor of finance, St. Thomas University

Director: Lisa Hauser, managing director, PwC

Director: George J. Kehl, managing partner, KPMG

Director: Paul R. Knapp, Sr., vice president, Vomela Specialty Company

Director: Sven A. Wehrwein, independent financial consultant
