National Grid to host energy efficiency forum in Rhode Island

WARWICK, R.I. (AP) -- National Grid wants to gather ideas about ways to save energy and it's asking its customers to help.

The electricity provider has scheduled a forum on energy efficiency Tuesday at the Crown Plaza Hotel in Warwick, R.I.

The forum will feature representatives from National Grid, municipal officials, residential developers and business leaders to discuss ways to boost energy efficiency.

The forum will include an interactive program designed to gather ideas from customers about ways the utility can improve its own energy efficiency.
