Netflix tops streaming market

The streaming video site captured 33% of prime-time online viewing in Sept., according to market research firm Sandvine, beating Amazon (AMZN), Time Warner's (TWX) HBO Go, and Hulu, which is owned by Walt Disney (DIS), Comcast (CMCSA) and News Corp. (NWSA). Netflix (NFLX) is the world's largest video subscription service, but it has seen slower growth and increased competition. Shares rose 1.7% to 77.68.
