The biopharmaceutical company posted revenue of $131.5 million in the period, missing Street forecasts. Five analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $132.6 million.
For the year, the company reported net income of $21.1 million, or 22 cents per share, swinging to a profit in the period. Revenue was reported as $451.2 million.
Neurocrine shares have increased 23 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Tuesday, shares hit $87.78, a climb of roughly 8 percent in the last 12 months.
