(NYSE: NEX) ("NexTier" or the "Company") today announced the successful completion of the previously announced acquisition of all pressure pumping operations of Alamo Pressure Pumping, LLC ("Alamo"), fortifying its position as a leading Permian provider of low carbon well completion solutions.
