MURFREESBORO, Tenn., August 04, 2022--(BUSINESS WIRE)--National HealthCare Corporation (NYSE American: NHC), the nation’s oldest publicly traded long-term health care company, announced today that it will pay a quarterly dividend of 57 cents per common share to shareholders of record on September 30, 2022 and payable on November 1, 2022.
