·3 min read

PHILADELPHIA, September 19, 2022--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Noah Ostroff, the Operating Partner of KW Philly and the Founder and CEO of PhillyLiving, today announced that he has passed the torch to veteran real estate agent and CEO of Center City Listings, David Snyder. Snyder will become the new Operating Partner of KW Philly alongside the support of several financial partners.

After a successful career in real estate, Ostroff started the KW Philly brokerage in 2016 and it quickly became an office filled with the top real estate professionals in Philadelphia. At 475 agents, it is the largest and also the number one brokerage in Philadelphia since 2018, just two years after opening. It is also the number one Keller Williams brokerage in the region and is within the top 15 Keller Williams brokerages across the country. Since its inception, agents at KW Philly have proudly sold over 21,000 homes and over $7 billion in real estate.

Ostroff will remain a partner at KW Philly and will continue to support his real estate team, PhillyLiving, as well as his development company, Center City Development.

"I know David has incredible ideas for the future of KW Philly. He will continue our reputation of being the number one brokerage in Philadelphia, honor our legacy and traditions, as well as implement fresh initiatives in order to help our agents continue to achieve massive levels of success," said Ostroff.

"I’m excited to take things from good to great," said Snyder. "I hope to build the culture and the educational platform - one where we continue to provide a family atmosphere and increase growth and development."

David Synder has worked in real estate for over 20 years. His real estate team, Center City Listings, is one of the top teams in all of Philadelphia, selling over $200M per year in real estate. David has also been involved in development and will provide the location for the new KW Philly headquarters to be completed in 18 to 24 months.

The new KW Philly headquarters, scheduled to begin construction this Fall at 725 South Broad Street, will be 25,000+ square feet and five levels. It will provide a new modern professional environment with more private offices, more conference rooms, and flex space for interactions. There will be more space for growing teams as well as our ancillary services. GCA Insurance & Financial Services will relocate their office to the brokerage to join Great American Abstract and Center City Mortgage and Investments.
