Core Mobile Business Changes Hands

Nokia agreed to sell its mobile operations to Microsoft for $7.2 billion. The Finnish company, which adopted Microsoft's operating system two years ago, will continue to make networking equipment. NOK rockets 46 percent before the opening bell on my tradeMONSTER platform.

Isis Higher on Heart Drug Data

Isis Pharmaceuticals reported that its experimental ISIS-APOCIIIRx drug lowered triglycerides in a Phase II study. It also increased good cholesterol. That has ISIS up 5 percent in the premarket.

Goldman Upgrade Lifts Constellation Brands

Constellation Brands was upgraded to "buy" from "neutral" by Goldman Sachs. The analyst cited increased beer volumes and better profit margins. STZ climbs more than 2.5 percent in early trading.
