Non-Executive Chairman Ian Mattioli Just Bought Shares In K3 Capital Group PLC (LON:K3C)

Potential K3 Capital Group PLC (LON:K3C) shareholders may wish to note that the Non-Executive Chairman, Ian Mattioli, recently bought UK£100k worth of stock, paying UK£2.46 for each share. Although the purchase only increased their holding by 6.4%, it is still a solid purchase in our view.

Notably, that recent purchase by Ian Mattioli is the biggest insider purchase of K3 Capital Group shares that we've seen in the last year.
