VANCOUVER, Wash. (AP) _ Northwest Pipe Co. (NWPX) on Wednesday reported fourth-quarter net income of $148,000, after reporting a loss in the same period a year earlier.
The Vancouver, Washington-based company said it had profit of 2 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs, came to 27 cents per share.
The steel pipe maker posted revenue of $57.5 million in the period.
For the year, the company reported net income of $20.3 million, or $2.09 per share, swinging to a profit in the period. Revenue was reported as $172.1 million.
Northwest Pipe Co. shares have increased 5.5 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, shares hit $24.58, a rise of 23 percent in the last 12 months.
