Among the many difficult decisions I ever made as a kid was deciding what flavor of Slurpee I was going to get when my mom surprised me with a trip to 7-Eleven. While I'm forever devoted to any one that tastes like Coke, the convenience store chain has amassed a cult following thanks to its endlessly inventive Slurpee flavors.

Over the years, those gifts have included a Cap'n Crunch Crunch Berries Slurpee for breakfast lovers and a Sour Patch Kids Slurpee for the bold. Slurpees taste even better on July 11—the one day a year when everyone gets a free frozen beverage.

Now, as an adult, 7-Eleven has empowered me with a grown-up way to enjoy my favorite nostalgia-packed beverage...by making me caffeinated. The newest Slurpee flavor, Quake Energy Berry Blast, was inspired by the convenience chain's private brand performance energy drink. A 12-ounce serving of this snow-white Slurpee is energized with 69 mg of caffeine. (For comparison's sake, your standard cup of coffee has about 95 mg of caffeine.)

And that's not the end of this drink's benefits. There is 1 gram of sugar in the same serving — that's good news for your New Year's resolution! — and the frozen drink contains both B vitamins and electrolytes. So...it's healthy!

If a wild mix of berries isn't your thing, worry not: The original Quake energy drinks are also available in even more flavors: Original, Orange Fusion, and Tropical Lemon.

The only bad news is the Quake Slurpee is only available while supplies last. So get to a 7-Eleven as soon as possible. Even though it's the dead of winter, it's never too cold to drink a Slurpee. Can I get an amen?
