Nuveen Taps lulafit to Bolster Well-being Amenity Operations at Arch Active and OBP Fit

New assignments mark lulafit's entry into Boston's commercial real estate market

BOSTON, Oct. 26, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Lulafit, a wellness-focused amenity management company for office buildings, announces it has expanded to Boston. Lulafit brings the consumer-grade experiences tenants aspire to offer their employees. Nuveen's Arch Active, located at 33 Arch Street, and OBP Fit, located at One Boston Place, are both working with lulafit to attract and retain tenants by operating and programming over 10,000 square feet of wellness and amenity space.

"With everyone wondering what the future of office work looks like, we provide consulting and programming that excites both employees and commercial properties and increases demand for in-office time," said Colleen Werner, CEO at lulafit. "With Arch Active and OBP Fit, we are focused on activating and operating the fitness centers, hosting group fitness classes, well-being coaching, and building-wide wellness events."

Lulafit has grown by staying strong in the company's mission to continue to make well-being amenities accessible to everyone. With a goal to modernize well-being and to empower people to live better lives through holistic experiences, lulafit found that wellness is more than just moving your body. Programming equally weighs nutrition, mindfulness, and social health as part of overall well-being.

"Our approach is rooted in wellness, restoration, play, and work," said Werner. "For both properties, we were very hands-on with final touches of the space in the pre-launch phase and are now focused on programming and experiences to activate and engage the workforces at each property."

"We are thrilled to partner with lulafit," said Dave Dyer, Director, Asset Management, Nuveen. "Return to office has made us all rethink overall design and space allocations, and lulafit's team has a pulse on wellness and amenity trends that encourage people to spend more time in the office. "
