On a per-share basis, the Mississauga, Ontario-based company said it had a loss of 1 cent. Earnings, adjusted for amortization costs, came to 2 cents per share.
The drugmaker posted revenue of $3.5 million in the period.
The company's shares closed at $2.33. A year ago, they were trading at $3.20.
