(ODP), a leading B2B integrated distribution company providing business services and supplies, products and technology solutions, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a dividend of $0.025 per share ($0.10 per share on an annualized basis) on the common stock of the Company. The dividend is payable on June 14, 2019, to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 24, 2019.
