NEW YORK (AP) -- The price of oil fell Tuesday as investors weighed positive U.S. economic news against ongoing concerns about Europe.
On the New York Mercantile Exchange:
Benchmark crude fell 59 cents to finish at $91.89 per barrel.
Heating oil dropped 1.03 cents to end at $3.1255 per barrel.
Wholesale gasoline fell 5.09 cents to finish at $2.8692 per barrel.
Natural gas rose 5.1 cents to end at $3.531 per 1,000 cubic feet.
On the ICE Futures exchange in London:
Brent crude dropped 62 cents to finish the day at $111.57 per barrel.
