Case in point: Sophie had her strong core abs on display during aphotocall in London for her newest movie, where she wore an embellished crop top and high-waist denim (did I mention she's also got killer style). In between, her defined abs were front and center.

How did she sculpt her sleek middle? Sophie has worked with personal trainer, Wissam Khouzoui, to prep for her demanding roles as Sansa Stark and Jean Grey, according to The Daily Mail.
According to The Daily Mail, Khouzoui mainly trained Sophie online, since she was typically pressed for time between filming. But even then, he focused on full-body workouts for Sophie, along with weight training.
Unfortunately, Sophie's routine wasn't always so balanced. She recently opened up in an interview with The Sunday Times about her struggles with body image.The pressure of being in the public eye pushed her to extreme dieting and caused health issues-she even stopped getting her period for a year due to extreme dieting.
Luckily, Sophie made it past her struggles (thanks partly to Joe, she says), and is clearly living her best (and fittest) life right now.
