BOWIE, Md. (AP) _ Old Line Bancshares Inc. (OLBK) on Wednesday reported fourth-quarter profit of $10.2 million.

The bank, based in Bowie, Maryland, said it had earnings of 59 cents per share.

The financial holding company posted revenue of $35.2 million in the period. Its revenue net of interest expense was $28.3 million, falling short of Street forecasts.

For the year, the company reported profit of $27.2 million, or $1.71 per share. Revenue was reported as $101.9 million.

Old Line Bancshares shares have climbed 10 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, shares hit $28.99, a decrease of slightly more than 6 percent in the last 12 months.
