Disney World recently impressed us with beignets in the shape of Mickey Mouse ears. I was under the impression that the fried dessert couldn't get much better than that. I was wrong. Now, you can get beignets filled with alcohol, because Disney World is just that magical.
You can find the boozy beignets at Scat's Cat Club in Port Orleans Resort. An order of three Baton Rouge Beignets is $8, and comes with a pipette of alcohol (!!), per Popsugar. For the pipette, you choose the booze: Bailey's, Kahlua, or Rumchata, and then infuse the hollow beignets yourself. Disney Food Blog reports that you can only choose one type of alcohol per order. If you want to try all three, make sure you go with a group!
The DIY alcohol-infusing situation makes for a good Insta, too.
One user says, "they were so good!!!! I'd say the Baileys was the best but you can't go wrong with any of them!!" Another Disney-goer says, "The new Beignets at Scat Cat's Club are not Mickey-shaped ... BUT who cares when you can inject them with Baileys, Kahlua or Rumchata."
If a boozy treat isn't up your alley, you have PLENTY of equally unique and fun desserts to choose from at Disney World. Try the unicorn cupcake with Mickey ears, or maybe an Oreo-covered funnel cake. There's also the adorable Mickey beignets (no alcohol), if you've just got a hankering for the fried sweet treat.
