Omnicom Unit Opens Office in Ukraine
FleishmanHillard, a part of Omnicom Group Inc.’s (OMC) subsidiary Diversified Agency Services (:DAS), recently announced that its joint venture (:JV) - FleishmanHillard Vanguard - has set up a new office in Kiev, Ukraine, named FleishmanHillard Vanguard Ukraine.
Set up in 2007, FleishmanHillard Vanguard is a JV between FleishmanHillard and Vanguard PR. The firm specializes in corporate communications, public affairs, government relations, financial communications, worldwide campaigns, marketing communications, healthcare, technology and digital communications and serves in several regions including Ukraine, Kazakhstan, and Belarus.
FleishmanHillard is a communications firm, specializing in public relations, public affairs, marketing, paid media, and transmedia and social content.
FleishmanHillard Vanguard Ukraine will also specialize in corporate communications, public affairs, government relations, financial communications among others. Elena Fadeeva has been appointed as the Ukraine extension’s general director and Anna Maximenko, the clients’ relationship manager.
FleishmanHillard’s parent company Omnicom is one of the largest advertising, marketing and corporate communications companies in the world. The company’s agencies operate in all the major markets across the globe and provide an extensive range of services, grouped into four fundamental disciplines: 1) Traditional Media Advertising; 2) Customer Relationship Management (CRM); 3) Public Relations (:PR); and 4) Specialty Communications.
Last month, Omnicom reported mixed third-quarter 2013 results, missing the Zacks Consensus Estimate for earnings per share but beating the same for revenues.
