OPEC meeting preview, Netflix for kids and presidential start-ups

The major stock indices are trading lower today (^DJI, ^GSPC, ^IXIC) thanks, in part, to the big bond sell-off in Europe.

Here are some of the other stories Yahoo Finance is keeping an eye on today.

OPEC meeting tomorrow
The price of oil is falling ahead of tomorrow's meeting in Vienna between OPEC oil ministers. It's widely expected the cartel will keep production at the current 30 million barrels a day. What does it all mean for U.S. producers?

Paulson's Harvard donation
Hedge fund billionaire John Paulson is getting heat from some quarters for his record-setting $400 million dollar gift to his alma mater, Harvard. Among the critics, author Malcolm Gladwell, who wrote on Twitter: "It came down to helping the poor or giving the world's richest university $400 million dollars it doesn't need. Wise choice John!" On the other side, Venture Capitalist Marc Andreessen weighed in, coming to Paulson's defense.

Presidential start-ups
What's the fastest start-up in the world? If you guessed some hot new California tech company like the fictitious "Pied Piper" of HBO's (TWX) "Silicon Valley", you'd be wrong. The answer is--  Presidential campaigns like Hillary Clinton's. So says the consulting firm Hamilton Place Strategies. It points out campaigns begin operations incredibly fast and raise and spend huge amounts of money faster than any business.

Netflix for kids
Netflix (NFLX) is making a serious play for kids. It's launching four new animated original children's shows over the next two years, starting this fall with one aimed at pre-schoolers called Puffin Rock. Netflix is also offering three new first-run exclusive series' for youngsters.
