SENNINGERBERG, Luxembourg (AP) _ Orion Engineered Carbons SA (OEC) on Thursday reported fourth-quarter earnings of $20.1 million.
The Senningerberg, Luxembourg-based company said it had profit of 33 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs, came to 41 cents per share.
The producer of the chemcial additive carbon black posted revenue of $298.2 million in the period.
For the year, the company reported profit of $49.6 million, or 82 cents per share. Revenue was reported as $1.14 billion.
Orion Engineered Carbons shares have increased almost 9 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Thursday, shares hit $20.50, an increase of 65 percent in the last 12 months.
