MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - Jun 3, 2014) - Osisko Mining Corporation (OSK.TO)(EWX.F) ("Osisko") is in receipt of legal proceedings from Clifton Star Resources Inc. ("Clifton Star") seeking damages in connection with denial of a loan. Osisko will defend the claim vigorously and believes the claim is opportunistic and entirely without merit.
