PHILADELPHIA (AP) -- Packaging products supplier Crown Holdings Inc. on Monday promoted its CFO, Timothy Donahue, to president and chief operating officer.
The Philadelphia company's chairman and CEO, John Conway, had previously held the president title. The COO post had been empty.
Crown also named its senior vice president of finance, Thomas Kelly, to replace Donahue as CFO.
Shares of Crown Holdings Inc., based in Philadelphia, shed 6 cents to $38.24 in late morning trading Monday.
