VANCOUVER, Wash. (AP) _ Papa Murphy's Holdings Inc. (FRSH) on Wednesday reported second-quarter net income of $1.4 million, after reporting a loss in the same period a year earlier.

The Vancouver, Washington-based company said it had profit of 8 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring gains, were 6 cents per share.

The pizza chain posted revenue of $30.8 million in the period.

Papa Murphy's shares have declined 1 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, shares hit $5.32, a climb of 27 percent in the last 12 months.
