He is the President and Chief Financial Officer for OccuSystem Services, Inc., a workers' compensation third party administrator. Prior to this, Young served as the President and CEO of Coventry Workers' Compensation Services. Young holds bachelors' degrees in Accounting and Finance from Texas A&M University.
