Park City Group: Fiscal 4Q Earnings Snapshot

SALT LAKE CITY (AP) _ Park City Group Inc. (PCYG) on Thursday reported fiscal fourth-quarter earnings of $1.3 million.

On a per-share basis, the Salt Lake City-based company said it had net income of 6 cents. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, were 7 cents per share.

The software-as-a-service provider posted revenue of $6.3 million in the period.

For the year, the company reported profit of $3.4 million, or 14 cents per share. Revenue was reported as $22 million.

Park City Group shares have dropped nearly 5 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Thursday, shares hit $9.10, a decline of 29 percent in the last 12 months.
