Parleh Media Group Adds Sports Betting Industry Leaders Benjie Cherniak and Chris Grove as Investors

Creators of The Parleh and Parleh TV close $1-million financing round

TORONTO, November 09, 2021--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Parleh Media Group, creators of The Parleh and Parleh TV - Canada’s go-to sources for engaging sports betting news and insights - announced today the addition of sports betting industry leaders Benjie Cherniak and Chris Grove as investors, and the close of the company’s CAD $1-million pre-seed financing round.

The commitment by Las Vegas-based Cherniak and Grove to Parleh Media Group cements the company as a rising media presence in Canada and the U.S.

Cherniak, a native of Montreal who will also serve as an advisor to Parleh Media Group, is deeply familiar with the role of data and media content to support sportsbooks. As Managing Director of Don Best Sports, which sold to Scientific Games in 2018, Cherniak forged tier-one operator partnerships across The Americas, Europe and Asia.
