The Bloomingdale, Illinois-based company said it had a loss of 5 cents per share. Losses, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to 1 cent per share.
The provider of antennas and services for wireless networks posted revenue of $21.7 million in the period.
Pctel shares have fallen nearly 2 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, shares hit $7.25, a decline of 11 percent in the last 12 months.
