The Bloomingdale, Illinois-based company said it had a loss of less than 1 cent on a per-share basis. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, were 4 cents per share.
The provider of antennas and services for wireless networks posted revenue of $25 million in the period.
Pctel shares have risen 52 percent since the beginning of the year. The stock has climbed 76 percent in the last 12 months.
