Peapack-Gladstone Financial Corporation to Acquire Quadrant Capital Management, LLC

BEDMINSTER, NJ--(Marketwired - Sep 14, 2017) - Peapack-Gladstone Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: PGC), parent company of Peapack-Gladstone Bank (the "Bank"), announced today that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Fairfield, NJ-based Quadrant Capital Management, LLC ("Quadrant"). After up front transaction costs, the Company anticipates that the purchase will be immediately accretive to earnings. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2017.

Established in 2001 by Jeff Fisher and Jim Kearney, both formerly of JP Morgan, Quadrant is a boutique wealth management firm that offers sophisticated financial planning, investment, tax, retirement and insurance advice and services to its clients. The institution currently has over $400 million in client assets under management.
