The Company issues options to directors of the Company as part of its compensation program to attract, retain, and reward directors. Directors are also required to hold shares in the Company. The board of directors granted 50,000 options to Scott Anderson which have an exercise price of $0.60 per share, have a term of five years, vest over a period of three years and are otherwise subject to the terms of the Company's stock option plan.
