Petrobras' Castello Branco says major divestments nearing finish line

RIO DE JANEIRO, Oct 29 (Reuters) - Brazil's Petrobras is in the final stages of negotiations for the sale of its RLAM refinery and it expects to receive binding offers for its REPAR refinery in December, Chief Executive Roberto Castello Branco said on Thursday.
In a call with analysts, the chief of Petroleo Brasileiro SA , as the state-run oil firm is formally known, said its expects the divestment of its Liquigas gas distribution unit to be approved by antitrust authorities in November.
